How does your service work?
Call us toll free 1-888-896-BLUE or Book Online. We schedule a time that’s convenient for you, our truck team calls you 15 minutes before they arrive, we load up, clean up and take your stuff away. It’s that easy.
How do you charge for your services?
Our rates are based on volume. This means that you only pay for the amount of space your stuff takes in our trucks.
How big are your trucks?
We have 15 cubic yard dump trucks and 30 cubic yard box trucks.
What’s a cubic yard?
A cubic yard is an area that measures 3 feet high, 3 feet long, and 3 feet wide.
What do you take?
Anything you can think of except hazardous materials. Mouse over for a complete list of items and materials.
Why can’t you take hazardous materials?
We’re not licensed to haul hazardous materials including paint, household chemicals, solvents, oils, asbestos, animal waste, florescent lighting, batteries, etc.
Where do you take everything once you haul it away?
We specialize in reuse and recycling. By partnering with local non-profit and for-profit reuse organizations we’re able to divert most of what we haul from our landfills. We also utilize recycling centers, salvage yards, and donation centers. We only use waste transfer stations as a last resort.
How do I benefit from what you do with my stuff?
Tax Deductions. We donate your reusable items and building materials and provide you with a tax deductible receipt. In some cases the amount of your tax deduction will exceed what you paid for our services.
Are you cheaper than getting a dumpster?
Yes. We also load up, clean up, and sort all of your materials onsite and then take it away to be reused and recycled. Dumpsters can be an eyesore to your neighbors and are often dropped off for an entire week. Get rid of it now!
Do your truck teams have tools with them when they arrive?
Yes. Every truck team is equipped with an assortment of power tools, dollies, wheelbarrows, shovels, brooms, and safety gear to get the job done efficiently and safely.
Do I have to be there for you to come and get my stuff?
Yes. You need to be there when our truck arrives. First, we go over our rates with you one last time before loading your stuff into the truck. Second, we need you to sign an invoice and pay for our services by way of cash, check, or credit card. For larger residential or commercial hauling, arrangements can be made so you don’t have to be onsite when we arrive.
When should I Schedule a Pick-Up?
It’s best to have everything ready to go before you schedule a pick-up. Once you have everything ready just give us a call or book online. There are several 2- hour timeslots available 7 days a week. Your timeslot is our arrival window.
Why do you have a 2-hour arrival window? Why not an exact time?
A 2-hour arrival window allows our truck teams enough time to drop off reusable items and building materials, as well as recycle and donate. On occasion, a customer will have a lot more stuff than we expected. The window helps us manage the extra material before our next scheduled pick-up.
Do you have a yard where I can drop stuff off?
Yes. At this time we’re only accepting Computer Monitors, CPU’s, and Televisions. Just call our Toll Free number to find out more about our drop off location.
What sets you apart from other hauling companies?
By taking the extra time to reuse, recycle, and donate, we’re able to divert more materials from our landfills than any other hauling company in the industry.
